2023 Team Camp
Participants:
There will be high schools of all sizes and classifications attending our Team Camp. We serve schools from around the state of Oklahoma and beyond. Our camps have entertained teams from other states in the past. All teams are welcome! Those attending will play competitive and challenging games with varied levels of competition.
Dates: June 26 - 28, 2023
Pricing:
Option 1: 3-Day Participation
Cost: $500 for 1 team, & $450 for each additional team.
*$100 non-refundable deposit to hold spot (applied to a school's total cost).
**A team consists of not more than 10 total players. A fee of $15 per extra player will be charged.
Option 2: Single-Day Participation
Cost: $190 per team for 1-day participation, & $365 per team for 2-day participation

Athletic Trainers:
A trainer will be on hand to handle injuries or other medical issues that may arise.
Facilities:
We have full-size courts in air-conditioned facilities available for use that are all located on UCO's campus and within easy walking distance. In the past, it has become necessary to use off campus gyms. In that event, they will be close in vacinity, and clear directions will be included in the folder of information you receive at check-in.
Transportation:
All UCO campus gyms are within walking distance. Unless growth demands it, once on campus, there will be no need for bus travel to get from gym to gym. If necessary, directions will be provided when gyms off our campus are used for camp games.
Food and Lodging:
Campus lodging is not available. For teams desiring to come from a distance (that prohibits commuting), there are many reasonable hotels and eating establishments in the Edmond and NW Oklahoma City area.
Scheduling:
Unless a coach requests differently, each team is guaranteed 3 games on the 1st day, 3 games on the 2nd day, and 2 games on the 3rd day of camp. Additional games are possible the 3rd day, depending on tournament play.
Games, Officials and Rules:
A huge feature in our camp is the fact that we help facilitate a way for OSSAA officials to officiate many of our Team Camp games. All games follow OSSAA Game Rules, with minor exceptions. Eight minute quarters are played. We try to make the games as much like regular season games as possible, so you can work on end-of-quarter and end-of-game situations.
Scheduling:
Final scheduling will begin a few days prior to camp starting. Occasionally minor adjustments have to be made, due to unforeseen issues and circumstances. If you have special scheduling requests, you must contact Matt Mossman at 405-831-2873.
The requirements for Attendance are that schools pay the non-refunable, $100 deposit to hold a spot in Team Camp. The remainder of the cost is due at check-in the first day of Camp.
No matter what option for participation is chosen, prior to starting play, ALL of your participants must have on file a completed copy of the UCO Facilities Usage/Bob Hopffman Basketball Team Camp Release and Waiver of Liability. This is a requirement of Bob Hoffman Basketball Camp! This form is a part of the downloadable, Coach's Packet. It can also be downloaded from our "files and forms" link on this website. Please make sure these are completed & signed (before leaving home) and ready to be turned in at check-in as your team arrives the first day of play.
